Sam is consistently recognized as top cohort of women in finance and tech, her experience spanning investment, entrepreneurial, executive and board roles across 4 continents.

Sam held several operating roles in large financial institutions building digital businesses and transforming organizations such as American Express, First Data and Royal Bank of Scotland.

She then spent over a decade building Anthemis Group, a fintech venture investment firm, where she seeded, scaled and exited businesses, working with world class entrepreneurs, creatives and engineers. She recently ran Singlife in Singapore until its transaction with Aviva Singapore (S$3.2 billion).

Italian born, Sam holds a graduate degree at the London School of Economics.

Liam is a creative entrepreneur who has built and exited businesses across adtech, fintech and ecommerce.

Starting in advertising he worked with agencies across the globe, developing a passion for marketing and brand. With this experience Liam co-founded Vocanic which went on to become South-East Asia's largest social media agency that was ultimately acquired by WPP.

Liam pivoted his focus to fintech building one of the region's largest fintech development teams, teen neo-bank Canvas and joiningSinglife as its CMO and then chief strategy officer.

Australian born, Liam is passionate about taking consumer insights and translating them into tech products that consumers really want.

Shigesuke-san (Shige) is a seasoned financial sector executive with a broad experience and a well respected figure with the Japanese Regulator.

He spent his early career on the fixed income trading floors at Nomura in Tokyo, New York, and London. Later he served as Global Head of Fixed Income, Regional Head for the Americas, Global Head of Regulatory Affairs, and CFO.

As Head of Schroders Japan, he successfully raised the company profile to a reputable player in Japan in the competitive industry.

He is also advising the PE world by assuming the Senior Advisor role for EQT AB to help their entry into Japan.

Bob is recognized as one of the top US directors, with global experience in advising the insurance industry on strategic, financial and operating challenges.

His management experience includes building Ernst & Young's global actuarial practice from his start as the first actuary hired to lead the global financial services practice.

In these roles he was responsible for the development and execution of the business strategies supporting the growth of these global corporations in insurance, banking, capital markets and asset management.

Following his career at E&Y, Bob has served on several company boards, including Aviva, Assurant and Talcott Resolution Life.
